Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AI Pop Studio ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") with Chapter, Inc. ("Chapter," "we," "us"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. The Service

AI Pop Studio is a creative platform that uses AI to transform, edit, and generate images and videos. Features, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

5. Payments

Certain features require credits or a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your payment card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law.

Credits may be reserved or deducted when you initiate a generation. Successful output is not guaranteed.

6. Your Content

"Input" means images, videos, prompts, and other materials you provide. "Output" means content generated by the Service. Together, these are "User Content."

Ownership. You retain all rights to your Input. Subject to applicable law, you own your Output. Chapter assigns to you any rights it may have in Output.

License to Chapter. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Your Responsibility. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your Input and that your use of the Service complies with applicable law.

7. AI Training & Improvement

We may use User Content to improve the Service, including refining prompts, evaluation systems, and safety measures, and where applicable, training AI models.

Opt-Out. You may opt out at any time via Settings or by emailing privacy@aipop.gg. Opting out stops future use of your content for improvement purposes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Generate or distribute child sexual abuse material or content depicting minors in a sexual context
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service through automated abuse, scraping, or similar methods
  • Reverse engineer the Service or extract model weights, except as permitted by law

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party providers for hosting, storage, authentication, payments, AI inference, and monitoring. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are solely responsible for how you use them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chapter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Please read carefully. Except where prohibited by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules, not in court.

You and Chapter waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding. You may still bring claims in small claims court if eligible.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Federal Arbitration Act governs arbitration proceedings.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service, users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

15. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
